Alan is an experienced professional with a successful track record in retail business solutions. Previous roles include; MD of the largest independent EPOS and software provider in the UK, Main Board Director of PLC companies, Chairman (Non Exec) of DigiPos a hardware and software supplier of EPOS worldwide.

Rebecca Cotterell
Director

Rebecca Cotterell is an experienced retail professional who worked her way up from the ground floor of the Burton Group to the Board Rooms of Adams Childrenswear, British Shoe and then Jaeger as CEO. Rebecca has first-hand knowledge of the power of Visual Retailing having been directly involved in projects with Levi's, Nike, USC, WH Smith and P&O Ferries to name a few.

Jeff Drust

Software Channel Advisor

Jeff Drust helped build the Autodesk channels (distributor, reseller, developer and retail partner) in Europe, Middle East and Africa before being appointed to lead development of worldwide eBusiness channels and business models. Jeff's expertise in building and developing software channels is second to none and is a fantastic asset to the company and our channel partners.

Steve Kay
Development Director

Steve has been involved with the Visual Retailing product since its inception and has a wealth of experience in the I.T. industry dating back to the days of the Osborne Portable computer (Which arrived just shortly after the steam engine!) Steve manages the development of our product portfolio and works closely with our software teams in the UK and Romania.

Dean Fielding
Finance Director

A Chartered Accountant, Dean helped build LSL Properties and floated the company on the London Stock Exchange. Dean brings a wealth of experience to the Board and will help the company navigate the financial markets.

Mike Prytherch

Mike is an experienced software developer who has been instrumental in the development of the Visual Retailing software suite. Mike acts as the company's Chief Technology Officer.

Keith Ramsey

Retail Advisor

Keith was the Yorkshire Regional Controller for Marks and Spencer for 20 years. He intimately understands the requirements of the shop floor and the interaction with head office operations. Keith's experience helps the company expand its channel to market whilst helping develop vrMockshop into a store, space and stock management tool.

A former bank manager who currently runs and owns "RedSky" a business management consultancy, Peter brings a wealth of business experience to the Board of vrSoftware.

Karen Liversedge
Company Secretary

Karen, in her role of Company Secretary is required by law to ensure that the right corporate governance procedures and processes are in place. Karen has been immersed in vrSoftware from its conception and as such is a key member of the management team. She brings a wealth of administrative and organisational experience to the operations of the Company.
